Teaching at MBS

Teachers are at the heart of the MBS experience. We seek out passionate, talented educators who bring energy, curiosity, and creativity to their classrooms and who see teaching as both a craft and a calling. At MBS, teachers are encouraged to keep learning, take risks, and explore new approaches, with the support and resources to turn great ideas into meaningful learning experiences. Above all, our teachers know their students well and are committed to guiding their intellectual, personal, and social-emotional growth, creating a community where every student feels known, challenged, and supported.
