The Morristown-Beard School Performing Arts Department is excited to announce that this year's spring musical will be Stephen Sondheim's masterpiece Sweeney Todd, directed by MBS faculty member Jim Ruttman.
This year’s performances will be held outdoors on Thursday May 20, Friday May 21, and Saturday May 22. Note that these dates are the weekend after the first week of Senior Projects, so any seniors in the cast or crew should plan on being on campus during afternoons and evenings the week leading up to the performances.
Music teacher Ben Krauss will be available to work on audition songs with students during the week of January 25. Singing auditions will take place on Tuesday, February 2 and Wednesday, February 3, with reading auditions on Thursday, February 4.
