Upper School Gardening Club Keeps Busy in the Environmental Systems Lab

The Upper School Gardening Club met on Monday, April 24 in the Environmental Systems Lab where they were busy setting up the aquaponics system. 

The students moved the tilapia from the small tank into the 300-gallon storage tank and also planted strawberries, lettuce, and zinnias in the grow beds.

The students who participated in the activity were Erica Adu ’24, Marlee Ryan ’24, Kayla Ruggiero ’24, Alice McNamara ’24, and Danica Rosenbloom ’24.  Upper School science teacher Brad Turner serves as the club’s advisor.
