MBS launched its spring concert series this week with a stunning showcase of talent at Founders Hall. The Middle School String Ensemble, Upper School Orchestra, and Upper School Chorus delivered an unforgettable evening filled with beautiful harmonies, rich orchestration, and powerful vocals. The performance captivated the audience from start to finish.
More than 40 students were featured in the concert, which began with the Middle School Strings performing "In the Hall of the Mountain King", followed by "Oração" and "How to Train Your Dragon".
Sorhan Norden wowed the audience with a Cello Solo of "Suite No. 3 in C Major", and the Upper School Orchestra enthralled with "Havana", "Lean on Me", and "La Tepesta di Mare".
The Upper School Chorus ended the evening with six scintillating performances headlined by "Eleanor Rigby", "Ad Astra", and "Africa".
