Congratulations to MBS senior Sam Cherins '25 for being named Morristown Beard School’s recipient of the prestigious 2024 Greater Morris National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete Award! This honor recognizes not only Sam’s excellence on the football field but also his dedication in the classroom and beyond. He was celebrated at a special awards dinner at the Park Avenue Club on Thursday, March 27, where his achievements took center stage.
The award is presented to one student-athlete from each high school football team in Morris County. These outstanding young men were selected by their Athletic Directors and football coaches not only for their football ability, but also because they are excellent scholars and have demonstrated outstanding school leadership, character, and citizenship.
