The MBS Quiz Bowl team competed in its third tournament of the season this past weekend. Once again, MBS fielded two teams, with the “A” squad finishing 11th in a competitive field.
During the afternoon session, the MBS “A” and “B” teams enjoyed playing against each other. Individually, seniors Tim Schietroma ’21 and Matthew Francis-Manshel ’21 finished in the top 30 out of 95 participants in the tournament.
On April 10, the team looks forward to hosting the 2nd annual MBS Spring Invitational, which is already fully booked, with 32 teams from across the country signed up to compete. More than a dozen faculty and staff have generously volunteered to help and will start training next week to learn more about the online interface.
