Parents Enjoy Hike in the Frelinghuysen Arboretum

On May 22nd, the Parents Association Hiking Club enjoyed its last stroll for the school year by exploring the grounds of Morristown-Beard School’s neighbor - the Frelinghuysen Arboretum.

Highlights of the 90-minute walk through the gardens included a fluffy fox in the meadow, a robin by the mansion and verification that the labyrinth did in fact lead to the middle! It was a beautiful day.

We hope to see more of you out on the trails next year. Look to MBS Monday for advance notice and the MBS School Calendar for the hiking dates and rain dates at the beginning of the school year. No experience needed, just an enjoyment of walking outside with fellow parents. Have a great summer and if you know of any good trails, contact Bridget Jaeger at jaegerbus@gmail.com.
