Middle School Gardening Club Plants Seeds in Aquaponics Lab

The new Middle School Gardening Club has had an active semester so far. On Tuesday, October 6^th, the students planted seeds – an assortment of lettuce, spinach, and kale – to grow at the aquaponics lab.

The group also completed a project on composting and helped educate the community by speaking at last week’s Middle School Meeting.

The Gardening Club is led by Middle School Geography and History Teacher Lisa Swanson as well as Admission Office Coordinator Heather Everett.
