On Thursday, May 9, the MBS World Language Department proudly welcomed 25 Upper School students into the French, Latin, and Spanish Honor Societies. These prestigious societies celebrate students who demonstrate exceptional commitment, curiosity, and achievement in world language studies.
The mission of these societies is to inspire a lifelong passion for language learning, recognize academic excellence, and foster a deeper appreciation for global cultures.

A New Milestone: Global Seal of Biliteracy Achievements
For the first time at MBS, select students who completed two years of the Heritage Spanish class also received the internationally recognized Global Seal of Biliteracy—a distinction that certifies fluency in two languages and opens doors to global opportunities.
