MBS Junior Wins Synchronized Skating Title with The Skyliners

Congratulations to MBS junior Jolie Golden ’21, whose synchronized ice skating team – the Skyliners – took home their fourth consecutive junior title at the U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships in Providence, Rhode Island recently.

Golden’s team beat their previous season’s best in the free skate by more than nine points, scoring 129.83. They finished ahead of the rest of the field by more than 16 points. The four-time reigning U.S. junior champions cracked the 200-mark, tallying 200.51 points overall.

The next stop for Golden and her team will be the ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championship, which will be held March 13 and 14 in Nottingham, Great Britain.  Good luck, Jolie!
