Karrat '20, Kenny '20, and Tartaglione '21 Reach Lacrosse Milestones

Congratulations to Meaghan Karrat ’20, Emma Kenny ’20, and Kaitlyn Tartaglione ’21, who recently achieved scoring milestones as members of the MBS girls varsity lacrosse team.

Kaitlyn Tartaglione ’21 reached 100 career points this past week and was named Freedom Conference Player of the Week.  She also was voted the top sophomore in New Jersey girls lacrosse with more than 16,000 votes in a poll on NJ.com. She helped lead MBS to three big wins last week as the Crimson moved above .500 for the season. She led the conference with 23 goals and 32 total points, tallying 28 points in the three wins and adding another four in an overtime loss to West Morris. Tartaglione has tallied a career-best 49 goals and 64 total points so far this season.

Meaghan Karrat ’20 scored her 100th career goal during the Crimson’s Prep B semifinal game against Montclair Kimberley Academy on May 6th. She finished the game with five goals and now has a total of 140 career points.

Emma Kenny ’20 recently surpassed 100 career points, and her total now stands at 113. So far this season, she has 41 points (22 goals and 19 assists) in addition to 28 face-off wins.  She has 64 draw controls for her career.
