Jones '22 to Play in Prestigious Beantown Summer Classic

Good luck to MBS rising junior Noah Jones ’22, a Crimson boys hockey defenseman, who will participate in the prestigious Beantown Summer Classic with NextGenAAA’s elite all-minority team coached by NHL legends Mike Grier and Bryce Salvador.

The U20 team consists of 19 Black players and 1 Hispanic player and will compete in the 'Pro Division' at the summer showcase. The team has been highlighted in numerous articles including this one from the NHL

“I am extremely proud of Noah as he is one of the youngest players on this highly competitive and recruited team,” said MBS boys ice hockey head coach Scott Greene. “This will be an excellent opportunity for Noah to get exposure to many NCAA DI coaches and NHL scouts.”

Noah finished last season with 5 goals and 16 assists for 21 points in 23 games.
