- Mu Alpha Theta Inductee: Inducted into this prestigious international mathematics honor society, which recognizes outstanding scholarship in math.
- Cum Laude Society Member: One of only 15 seniors inducted this year for exceptional academic achievement.
- Upper School Chorus Member: A dedicated member of the MBS chorus, contributing her talents to the school’s vocal music program.
- Performing Arts Standout: Actively involved in MBS theater productions, most recently starring as the Witch in Into the Woods.
- Recognized Scholar-Athlete: Honored at multiple sport season celebrations for her commitment and achievements in athletics.
- Community Service Leader: Completed over 100 hours of community service in a single year, demonstrating her dedication to giving back.
- Global Volunteerism: Participated in the MBS summer volunteer trip to Panama with Give & Surf, a nonprofit founded by MBS alumnus Neil Christianson ’02. While there, she supported local children by playing sports, assisting with English language learning, and helping in classrooms.
- The Nancy Tasman "Taz" Brower '47 Impact Award Winner: Awarded for making significant contributions to the MBS school community, reflecting the enduring legacy of Nancy Tasman “Taz” Brower, a distinguished alumna from the Class of 1947.
In the fall, Indiya will attend Boston College, where she will pursue a degree in nursing. She exemplifies the values of Morristown Beard School through her academic excellence, athletic achievements, creative expression, and service to others.
