This week, the MBS Community Service Club hosted guest speaker Kathleen Humphrey, a representative from Homeless Solutions, who spoke about a volunteer opportunity called “A Night in the Cold” to raise funds and awareness about homeless families.
On Friday, December 1, A Night in the Cold participants will brave the elements by sleeping outside for one night in the place of their choice. The event is a peer-to-peer fundraising opportunity to raise crucial funds and awareness about the homeless families and individuals in our community.
