GLOW Club to Host 5K on Sunday, May 6

The Morristown-Beard School GLOW (Girls Leadership Outreach and Worth) Club is hosting its second annual Girl Up 5K run/walk this Sunday, May 6^th at 11 a.m. on the MBS track.

The event is open to the public, and proceeds from the $7 admission fee will benefit the United Nation's "Girl Up" initiative, providing better education, health, leadership, and documentation to girls living in developing countries.

Students 5^th grade and older and their families are welcome to participate and run, jog, or walk on the track — and enjoy food afterwards. Please note that this is a non-competitive, self-timed event.

No pre-registration is necessary.
