The MBS girls basketball team is enjoying a perfect 9-0 season so far this winter after a convincing 55-39 win over Newton on February 16.
Senior Olivia Omelczuk ’21 led the way offensively, connecting on six 3-pointers to finish with 24 points for the afternoon. Skylar Reale ’23 (12 points, 10 rebounds) Erin Martin ’21 (10 points, 16 rebounds) and Reagan Russo ’21 (4 points, 5 rebounds) also had big games for the Crimson.
MBS will host Jefferson (6-1) on Saturday, February 20 at 5 p.m. for Senior Day before facing unbeaten Morris Catholic (5-0) on Tuesday, February 23 at 7 p.m.
