Four Indoor Track Athletes Set New School Records

This week, four indoor track athletes set new School records at the STCA Invitational at Ocean Breeze on Wednesday, February 7. Congratulations to Chloe Higgins ’24, Raidah Karriem ’25, Sierra Mark ’25, and Indiya Weinmann ’25.

Chloe Higgins ’24 placed third overall and broke her own School record in the 400-Meter Dash with a time of 58.02. She also set a PR and finished 6^th overall in the 200-Meter Dash (26.85).

Raidah Karriem ’25 broke her own School records in the 55-Meter Dash (7.46) and the 200-Meter Dash (26.29). She finished third overall in the 55-Meter Dash, third in the 55-Meter Hurdles, and fourth in the 200-Meter Dash.

Sierra Mark ’25 finished third overall and broke her own School record in the Long Jump with a distance of 17-01.25.

Indiya Weinmann ’25 broke her own School record in the 1600-Meter Run with a time of 5:53.28.
