The MBS field hockey team didn’t open the season until October 15th, but it was worth the wait as the Crimson shut out Boonton, 1-0, at home.
Although the Crimson (1-0) had numerous scoring opportunities, senior Annabel Plante ’21 scored the lone goal of the game off an assist by Ella Singer ’21 in the first half of play.
The Crimson are currently ranked 20th in the state by NJ.com and will play again on Monday, October 19th as they take on Whippany Park at 4 p.m. at home. Go Crimson!
