Field Hockey Team Advances to Prep B Final

The Morristown-Beard field hockey team is advancing to the Prep B Championship game following their 2-1 win over Montclair Kimberley Academy at home on Wednesday, October 23^rd.

The Crimson got an early goal from Annabel Plante ’21 after a scramble in front of the net, and MBS held the 1-0 lead at halftime. Joele Russomanno ’21 scored the game-winner in the second half, and the MBS defense held MKA to just three shots on goal during the game.

Morristown-Beard School will now play Princeton Day School (8-5-3) in the Prep B Championship game on Monday, October 28th at 3:15 p.m. at MBS.

The Crimson (12-3) are currently ranked 17^thin the state in the NJ.com Top 20 poll. Go Crimson!
