Morristown-Beard School will host its annual spring Blood Drive on Wednesday, March 11th from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Auxiliary Gymnasium on campus. All members of the community are encouraged to participate.
Anyone 16 years of age or older is eligible to donate blood (16 year-olds require parental permission). We really need support from our current and alumni parents, as well as any MBS alumni who live in the area!
The fall blood drive is being led by faculty coordinator Laurie Hartman as well as student coordinator Jared Pine.
This fall’s Blood Drive captains are: Matt Aiello, Brigid Atkins, Sylvie Bastardo, Rafael Cruz, JayShon DuBose, Stefanie Fernandes, Camille Ferrell, Caroline Hepp, Aneel Kahlon, Andrew Levy, Nick Lombardi, Kim Magnotta, Erjon Mersimi, Kaya Moody, Mira Ramasamy, Robert Scrivo, Caitlyn Sleeman, Brianna Stewart, Sophie Tannen, Isabel Thierman, Isabella Turndorf, and Kate Wenzel.
Appointments for blood donation are encouraged and are on a “first-come” basis, however walk-in donors are welcome. To reserve a time, please contact Laurie Hartman at lhartman@mbs.net or (973) 539-3032 ext. 547.
