Class of 2021 Honors Peter and Darcy Caldwell on Their Retirement

As a special surprise during All-School Meeting on Friday, April 30, the MBS seniors honored Head of School Peter J. Caldwell and English teacher Darcy Caldwell on their retirement by proclaiming them honorary members of the Class of 2021.

Ari Bersch ’21, Mikail Patankar ’21, and Tim Schietroma ’21 presented the proclamation, which was signed by every member of the Class of 2021.

The proclamation reads:

Thank you for making our years at MBS some of the most unforgettable of our lives. You have watched us grow in the classroom, in the theater, on the playing fields and beyond. You have helped us mature into young adults ready to take on the challenge of the wider world, and for that, we could not be more grateful.

Your love for the students of MBS led us to believe that there would be no better way to honor you than as one of our own: honorary members of our class. Thank you for all you have done for our class and our School, and we wish you the best in your retirement and future endeavors.
