Boys Swim Team Places 2nd at Prep Championships

The MBS boys swim team had an outstanding performance at the Non-Public B Championships at Lawrenceville on Tuesday, February 5th, finishing second overall.
The Crimson led the meet after the first five events, and were paced by Jack Armstrong ’19, who finished third in the 200 freestyle (1:45.70), Aidan Hughes ’19, who finished third in the 200 IM (1:58.71), and Peter Carchia ’21, who was third in the 100 butterfly (52.22) and fourth in the 100 backstroke (54.49).
Morristown-Beard School’s 200 freestyle relay team of Jack Armstrong, Peter Carchia, Aidan Hughes and Terry Luongo ’21 also had a strong performance, finishing third in 1:28.03.
