Congratulations to MBS boys golf head coach Michael Leo who achieved his 50th career win on Thursday, May 11 as the Crimson emerged victorious against Parsippany, 175-226.
This year’s golf team has accumulated an impressive 14-8 record going into the NJSIAA State Championships, improving upon last year's 12-10 record.
Michael Leo is the head coach of the Morristown Beard School boys golf team. He grew up in Chatham and attended Chatham High School and the University of Pennsylvania, where he played soccer. He was a longtime member at Madison Golf Club, where he advanced to the finals of the club championship three times and also set the course record.
After working on Wall Street for many years, he and his wife opened a tutoring center in Mendham, which they have operated for 10 years. For two years, he served as the assistant golf coach at Mendham High School.
