Beard School Graduates Enjoy Alumnae Tea

Graduates of The Beard School gathered on campus on Wednesday, November 7thfor an Alumnae Tea in the Boardroom before enjoying the opening performance of the Upper School play, You Can’t Take It With You, in Founders Hall.

The event, sponsored by the Morristown-Beard School Alumni Association, was attended by alumnae including: Nancy “Taz” (Tasman) Brower ’47, Michele (Cestone) Fusco ’83, Gail (Robertson) Marentette ’51, Kristin (Monsen) Petry ’80, Carol Selman ’64, Caroline (Elias) Turben ’87, and Barbara (Milbank) Van Doren ’43.

The tea was also attended by Alumni Board President Amy Chaiken Wolffe ’78, Associate Director of Alumni Relations Monya Taylor Davis ’88, former faculty member Rose Koch as well as other guests and family members.

The alumnae enjoyed looking through old yearbooks and memorabilia, and also heard from Headmaster Peter J. Caldwell, who updated the group on recent initiatives at the School.  

It was a great afternoon of mingling and rekindling old friendships before enjoying an entertaining performance of You Can’t Take It With You. Thank you to everyone who attended the tea and made the day such a success!
