Beard School Alumnae Enjoy Luncheon with Liz Morrison

Graduates of The Beard School gathered at Park Avenue Club in Florham Park on Thursday, May 5th for a special luncheon with Head of School Liz Morrison.

The women enjoyed reminiscing about their days at The Beard School and shared stories of former Headmistress Edith Southerland. There was even a friendly rivalry between the Athenians and the Spartans at the table, with alumna Caroline “Kebbie” Kennedy ’68 donning her Spartan beanie!

As part of the event, each alumna received a piece of Beard School china as a memento.

The event was attended by Meg Delfino Alviggi ’71, Pamela Norman Apito ’65, Nancy “Taz” Tasman Brower ’47 (Alumni Board Member Emeritus), Hope Phillips Hazen ’60, Virginia “Ginny” Kenney Howard ’64, Caroline “Kebbie” Kennedy ’68, and Amy Chaiken Wolffe ’78, (Alumni Board President).

It was a great afternoon of mingling and rekindling old friendships. Thank you to everyone who attended the luncheon and made the day such a success!
