Art and Design Expo in Kirby Chapel

Art and Design Expo in Kirby Chapel

An Art & Design Expo, showcasing the creative diversity of Morristown Beard School’s Middle and Upper School visual art students, is currently on display in Kirby Chapel through Friday, April 28.

The show is the culmination of this year’s work done by students in all areas of the visual arts and features everything from pen-and-ink drawings and oil paintings to glass and metal design, ceramics, architectural models, photography, and digital illustration.

Art and Design at MBS is a multi-disciplinary program that encourages students to explore, invent, create, accomplish, and grow as artists and individuals. The discipline of design thinking comprises the core of the program, and the pedagogical focus stresses personal creativity, collaboration, team building, problem solving, storytelling and media authorship.

Please stop by and enjoy!
