7th Graders Create Interactive COVID Exhibit in the Library

This week, Jane Zagajeski’s 7th Grade science students presented an interactive exhibit in the MBS Anderson Library focused on COVID-19. Viewers were invited to scan QR codes to learn more about COVID vaccines, the nature of variants, testing, prevention, and more.

“The MBS 7th Graders applied their knowledge of cells and molecules to better understand the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Mrs. Zagajeski, who organized their work into a COVID public service announcement (PSA).

In addition to viewing posters that lined the wall of the library, students were able to view videos and listen to audio messages related to the pandemic by scanning QR codes.

In the rear of the library, students used post-it notes to add their hopes and dreams for the future to a special display.
