In addition to participating in a Math-A-Thon this month, our MBS 6th Grade students raised additional donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital this week by holding a bake sale during the lunch period.
Special thanks to Carlo’s Bakery for donating the delicious treats!
By participating in the Math-A-Thon, students have been refining their academic skills while learning that they have the power to help others. The community service project involved completing a math packet and collecting sponsors.
The fundraising effort benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, which supports children and families experiencing catastrophic pediatric diseases through research and treatment.
