Trip Requirements and Selection Process

Students must attend the information session in Wilkie 108 during Flex on May 6 to have their name placed on the initial list. Space is limited. No more than 20 students will be on this trip.

Participants will be selected and enrolled as follows:

  • All students must be in good standing to be eligible for any of the trips being offered.

  • Rising Juniors and seniors will have top priority.

  • Rising freshmen and sophomores will be picked by way of a lottery system after the juniors and seniors have been selected.

  • The deadline for putting your name on the “ I am interested list” is Friday, May 9th at 3 PM. No exceptions.

  • You will be notified by email if you are selected to participate on given trip. Those selected will have information on how to sign up.

  • Parents/guardians will need to complete an Intention to Travel Form and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit by May 14 at 3:00 PM. If you do not enroll by this date, your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist.

  • Passports must be valid for 6 months after the date of return from abroad.

Trip Considerations

  • Lots of daily walking
  • Long international flight
