Teachers are a school’s greatest asset. MBS hires passionate, dynamic, and talented teachers who dedicate their professional lives to the students in their charge and to the craft of teaching. MBS provides its teachers with opportunities and resources to develop their own learning and practice in order to design and deliver innovative and inspirational learning experiences. Known for its warm and nurturing community, MBS expects its teachers to guide the intellectual and social-emotional growth of each of our students, putting the student experience at the heart of every decision.
