Guppies - Half Day

Preschoolers thrive on adventure! MBS Day Camp offers a new, nurturing and attentive 1/2 day program for campers age 3 1/2 to 4 1/2. Every "Guppy" can explore all the fun and adventure of our "big kid" campers while receiving daily personalized attention. Maintaining a sense of security, our littlest campers will enjoy the freedom of movement that stimulates their independence.

Our "Guppies" will be under the direction of an adult certified childcare professional along with warm, caring and experienced counselors. Group size will be limited to 15 campers in order to maintain an intimate environment where our staff can get to know each camper and attend to their individual needs while encouraging exploration. Age appropriate activities that allow our youngest campers to explore their five senses and foster creativity will be highlighted each week.

Campers will enjoy four periods each day and will be provided a morning snack and drink. Athletics, performing arts, science, arts and crafts, games and aquatics are some of the activities offered during the weekly curriculum. A special "Guppy" newsletter will go home each week to inform you of the special events, dress-up days and activities planned. The highlight each week will be accomplishment and new experiences. Give your younger camper a gentle introduction into the magic of day camp!

Camper's daily schedule will include a period of swimming and an outdoor recess time.
