Faculty and administrators are encouraged and empowered to develop proactive curricular changes, programming, and school policies that enrich their academic experiences. MBS supports the development of ethical leadership and cultural competency by providing opportunities for our students to attend multiple diversity-centered conferences, our MBS Diversity and Inclusion Retreat, and participate in facilitator training workshops to provide the skills required to become active agents of change within our MBS community and beyond. Faculty and staff at MBS participate in ongoing professional development to build cultural competency skills, enhance their understanding of diverse perspectives, and enrich their own curricular philosophy.
