Jeff is a dedicated and passionate softball coach with a strong background in
developing student athletes. With years of experience both playing and coaching the
sport, Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep love for the game to the Morristown
Beard School softball program.

Beyond the field, Jeff enjoys many outdoor activities that includes playing golf, running,
hiking, fishing, and exploring new destinations through travel. These hobbies not only
keep him energized and focused but also inspire his approach to coaching—promoting
a balanced life, the importance of setting personal goals, and a commitment to others.
Family is also a significant part of Jeff's life, and he enjoys spending quality time with his
wife Laura and his daughter’s Olivia and Sophie.

When not coaching, participating in one of his hobbies, or spending time with his family,
Jeff is an Health and Physical Education teacher in the Hanover Township School in
Whippany, NJ. Jeff earned his B.S. from Kean University and holds MEd in Educational
Leadership from William Paterson University.

Jeff is excited to bring his enthusiasm, passion, experience, and dedication to the MBS
community, fostering a positive and empowering environment where players can thrive
both on and off the field.
