Xavier Hosta is the head coach of the Morristown Beard School freshman girls basketball team.

Before coming to Morristown Beard School, Xavier worked as a basketball, soccer, and tennis coach for the USA Sports Group for the previous two years. Previously, Xavier coached in Italy and Barcelona, where he worked as a manager and coach at the Tennis and Basketball Federation of Catalonia. He is a basketball and tennis certified Coach.

Xavier has a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, is a Certified PE and Health teacher and Spanish as a foreign language teacher. He has also a bachelor’s degree in law with a master’s degree in public administration and non-profit organizations. Due to his wife's job, he relocated to the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. They have two daughters, Joana (15) and Marina (13), and one son, Carles (10).
