Nicole Guadagnino

Nicole Guadagnino is the head coach for the varsity girls soccer team.
Nicole recently graduated with a Masters of Science in Psychology from Capella University. Previously, she graduated cum laude from Lebanon Valley College where she earned a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education. While at LVC, she was the president of the school’s Student Athletic Advisory Committee and served as the Chair of the Mental Health Awareness Committee, Step-Up Program, and Special Olympics. Nicole was a member of the LVC women's soccer team, playing all four years during her undergraduate term.
Nicole grew up in Oakland, NJ and started playing soccer at a very young age, finding her passion for the sport when she was in middle school. She played club soccer with the RYSA Wildcats and Fast Track Soccer FC teams where she was captain of both. Nicole attended Indian Hills High school and was a member of the girls soccer team all four years. In her junior year, Nicole traveled to Costa Rica with the First Shot Select Team, representing the United States in friendly games. As a senior at Indian Hills, Nicole was one of the senior captains.
In the off-season, throughout both high school and college, Nicole has worked for First Shot Soccer in her spare time as a coach and trainer and is preparing for an opportunity to be a head coach for a RYSA Wildcat club team this winter and spring. Over the last nine summers, Nicole has worked as a camp counselor and most recently as the assistant open camp coordinator, serving the local Oakland community.
