Tahj Valentine '18 is the head coach of the varsity football team at Morristown Beard School.

Tahj is no stranger to MBS or its football program. He is an alumnus of the School who was a four-year member of the varsity football team and varsity lacrosse team.

Tahj then attended Stonehill College where he was a four-year starter on the varsity football team playing running back, slot receiver, and special teams. Tahj graduated with a B.S.B.A In Business Management and a minor concentration in Sociology.

Upon joining MBS as Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Tahj was also named as an assistant coach of varsity and JV football as well as varsity and JV lacrosse.

As the School's Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), Tahj Valentine champions and advances Morristown Beard School's institutional DEIB strategic goals and helps cultivate an inclusive community.  He acts as the primary liaison between the Office of DEIB and the Middle School, teaches one course, coordinates DEIB-related speakers, trips, and conferences, and leads DEIB initiatives across the Athletics Department.
