Anthony Scholz

Anthony Scholz is the newest addition to the Morristown Beard ice hockey coaching staff. This will be his fourth year coaching high school hockey. He spent the previous three seasons with Morris Knolls, as an assistant coach on two state championship teams.
Scholz is a skating coach with Laura Stamm International during the off seasons, working with high level players specifically on skating technique. In addition, he is the Director of mite development and head coach of an 18AA team for the Jersey Colts travel organization.
As a player, Anthony played on a top 10 nationally ranked NJ Freeze 18UAA team for two years, and won a state championship with Morris Knolls in his senior year, 2014. He was also a part of a Mennen Cup Championship team in 2013.
He graduated from Salve Regina University in 2018, Majoring in English Communications and Minoring in Psychology.
