Coach Fell has been the head football coach at Morristown-Beard School since 2009. He started his coaching career at Delbarton School, from which he is a graduate, and followed that with ten years of coaching at Seton Hall Prep. Coach Fell is a full-time member of the mathematics department at MBS, and is also the JV golf coach.

Coach Fell has been the JV Golf Coach since the spring of 2010. Prior to that he was a volunteer assistant at Seton Hall Prep from 1999 – 2009. Coach Fell is avid recreational golfer, and enjoys the camaraderie and completion that golf offers. 

Fell earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, and his master's in secondary education from Seton Hall University. Coach Fell joined Morristown-Beard School in 2009 as a full-time Mathematics Teacher as well as Head Football Coach.
