Lucas Masi began his skiing career at the age of 4 at Craigmeur in Oak Ridge, NJ. Lucas' passion for skiing continued through high school where he was varsity captain for Jefferson's race team while working as a ski instructor at Hidden Valley. Success in high school allowed Lucas to attend Alfred University where he lead their ski team while receiving his BS in mechanical engineering. After graduation Lucas began working at Mountain Creek where he quickly rose to Director of the racing programs. After 5 years of success and growth at Mountain Creek, Lucas joined Morristown Beard to bring his experience and passion to coaching younger athletes and developing winning ski racers.
