B.A., New York University
Megan Ehrenfeld joined the MBS World Languages Department in 2014 as a Spanish teacher after earning a Master of Arts degree in Spanish from Middlebury College.
After graduating from NYU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Iberian Studies, her professional journey began with a stint at an immigration law firm in New York City. After this experience, Megan realized that she wanted to work more directly with her true passions: education and second language acquisition. After pursuing and completing her graduate education at Middlebury, she became a faculty member in the World Languages Department at Morristown-Beard.
Megan’s undergraduate and graduate studies afforded her the opportunity to live in Madrid, Spain and Buenos Aires, Argentina, and she loves to bring her experiences living abroad to the classroom. Her interest in language learning hasn’t stopped since she completed her degrees. She continues to take classes in Italian and Arabic, and is always learning new techniques for second language acquisition.
At MBS, Megan is an advisor to the Support the Troops Club and co-advisor to the Community Service Club. Outside of her work at Morristown-Beard, Megan enjoys traveling and practicing yoga. She is currently completing her 200-hour Yoga Teaching Training.
