Mathematics

Andrew, who grew up in Tennessee, holds a BS in Philosophy and Religion from Carson-Newman University and a Masters of Divinity from the Princeton Theological Seminary. He joins us after teaching math for more than a decade, including at King’s Academy in Jordan, where he also taught philosophy.

In the classroom, Andrew enjoys teaching students how to think logically, consistently, and creatively. He also enjoys finding new ways to explain complex concepts and design problems, meeting students where they are while also stretching them to uncomfortable territory.

Outside the classroom, Andrew loves to play board games (he owns more than 300 of them) and disc golf, competing in local tournaments.
