Chantal Thornberry is the Director of Student Culture and Wellbeing at Morristown Beard School.

Ms. Thornberry comes to MBS from St. Paul Academy & Summit School in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she served as Upper School Dean of Students for the past four years. In her role, she worked directly with students and faculty in addressing issues of citizenship, leadership, and school climate. Prior to that, she served as Dean of Students and taught Upper School English at Cincinnati Country Day School. She has also been an English teacher at Breck School in Minneapolis and Gordon Tech High School in Chicago.

She earned a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Emory University and an M.Ed. in Secondary English from DePaul University.
