Rose Costanzo is a dedicated Math Teacher at Morristown Beard School, leveraging her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The College of New Jersey to inspire students. With a background in Data Management, she brings real-world relevance to her teaching. Recognized for her exceptional teaching abilities, Rose serves as the Advisor of the Arts & Innovation Interdisciplinary Concentration Program, allowing her to blend her passion for mathematics with creativity and innovation.

Her commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through her role as a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee, where she actively contributes to shaping a more inclusive school community. Rose's professional growth journey includes completion of the 2-year Professional Growth Program and participation in various educational conferences and sessions. Notably, she engaged in a NJAIS conference on The Science of Teaching, Learning, and Belonging, with a focus on Mind, Brain, Education, and Social Emotional Learning.
