Our Global Programs introduce students to the world beyond our campus, fostering cultural awareness and preparing them to be responsible citizens and leaders.

The School offers numerous cultural and curricular trips abroad each year, often incorporating community service opportunities into the excursion. In recent years, Morristown-Beard School has sponsored trips to Greece, Turkey, Spain, Peru, England, France, Costa Rica, Thailand and Japan.

The School also sponsors an exchange program through ASSIST, a nonprofit organization that provides opportunities for outstanding international students to attend the finest American independent secondary schools on one-year scholarships.

Morristown-Beard also partners with SYA (School Year Abroad), an academic program which places American high school juniors, seniors, and post-graduates in foreign countries including China, Italy, France, and Spain.

If you are interested in learning more about the ASSIST or SYA program, please contact MBS Global Studies Coordinator Aline de la Torre at (973) 539-3032 ext. 518.
