Student Government Association

The mission of the Student Government Association (SGA) is to provide students with opportunities for leadership in conjunction with providing the student body a voice in school affairs.
In addition to the Executive Council, which operates without class affiliation and is the main decision making body of the SGA, each class also has its own representatives. Although all members of the Executive Council act as the “head” of their particular branch of responsibility, much responsibility and decision-making is left in the hands of class representatives. With the exception of the Ninth grade, all classes hold spring elections. The Ninth grade holds elections in the fall of their freshman year.
