Tuition and Financial Aid

“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
– Nelson Mandela

An investment in an MBS education powerfully prepares our graduates for their futures, wherever those paths may lead. As a school, we dedicate ourselves toward helping these young women and men grow and evolve into their best selves. By inspiring these young hearts and minds to think in a forward-thinking, globally conscious way, Morristown-Beard School makes a lifelong impact at a vital time in our students’ lives.

Morristown-Beard School offers students like Ryan an academic environment that features small class sizes (8-12 students per class), learned faculty (71% who hold advanced degrees, including 19% who are PhDs), and a rigorous–yet balanced–student experience. We recognize that tuition represents a significant investment, and that’s where financial aid can help. By reducing the annual tuition for students who qualify for financial aid, MBS seeks to empower families to make well-reasoned decisions during the admission process.

The Value of an MBS Education

“I didn’t fully understand–until now–how well Morristown-Beard prepared me for my college experience. It’s been eye-opening. For example, my English and history classes last semester here at the Naval Academy weren’t any more difficult, or writing intensive, than my classes at MBS. It’s made my transition to college, which includes my participation in a Division I varsity sport, easy and fun.

I definitely miss Morristown-Beard! It’s actually pretty cool that I haven’t met a classmate here at the Naval Academy who enjoyed their previous school experience more than I did. The student experience was challenging, but definitely balanced… There’s really no place like MBS!”
